Families from all over London will soon be flocking to Regent’s Park to enjoy a fun-filled day out at Lollibop, a London festival created specially for kids. While most London concerts and West End festival tickets are aimed at grown-ups, the Lollibop festival is billed as “The Big Bash for the Little People”, offering a wide range of entertainment and activities for kids… and the young at heart.

Lollibop 2011 promises to be bigger, brighter and better than ever! Here are just a few of the sweet surprises you can expect when you visit the popular family festival this August:

The Enchanted Forest
This magical woodland is filled with friendly creatures, and it’s here you’ll find the LollyBooks story reading area and get the chance to learn some magic tricks at the famous Lollibop fairy and wizard school.

If you want to experience Bulgarian music and art where you can compare iPod Touch quality of your Bulgarian music download to the real thing, then now is your chance to do so. The London Festival of Bulgarian Culture and Music is happening now and the music is best heard live as opposed to listening to a cheap iPod Touch. The festival offers Bulgarian choral music, events and art exhibitions, all while enabling you to discover a vibrant culture.

London city-dwellers may find dealing with active children an exhausting task that leaves them feeling the need to collapse into the nearest undersized armchair for kids. This Sunday, the Epping Forest Festival will allow parents get up off the Milan black armchair to stretch their legs, while kids work off some of that excess energy!

The Epping Forest Festival will take place on picturesque Chingford Plain from 11:00 to 16:00 on Sunday 5th September. Families can expect all sorts of fun activities at the Epping Forest Festival, including craft workshops, jousting displays and a pipe band performance. There will also be a dog agility display, and families are encouraged to bring their four-footed friend along for the Epping Forest Festival “dog scurry”.
